I converted an excel file into Calc. Then I tried to add a note. The anchor
point of a note point to a different cell.
Please let me know how to attach the file to send to your team.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Go to cell G137
3. Create Note: Insert > Note

The Note's anchor point to cell G141

Notes: The lower you go, the mistake will go wider. Try to enter at cell G287.
See what happen with the anchor.

In DEV300_m21_en WinXP, the defect still exists with the attachment. In 
additional, when I finish  it in cell G137, the "Note indicator" correctly 
displays in cell G137. But when I show the note, it displays wrong again.
