Add numbers Date Format to Format Cell of Spreadsheet.For example,create a new 
Spreadsheet,right key,select Format Cells, popup Format Cells dialog,select 
Numbers-Date, "二〇〇八年五月二å二日" format doesn't exist in the Format.

The code of the patch file may be a bit older.Possibly it have some problems,I

That's far too complicated. Chinese numbering is already implemented, use a
format like
[NatNum1]YYYY"年"M"月"D"日"

In the file format that shows up as "number:transliteration-format" and related
attributes.

This format "二〇〇八年五月二å二日" is different from "2008å¹´5月22æ—¥" in Chinese 
Format.

Make sure to use Chinese locale for the format, and don't forget the [NatNum1],
then the result is in fact "二〇〇八年五月二å二日".
