Diagram not size up/down with chart object change

Chart created in database report, OOo cws rptcahart02, (cws for chart in reports based on DEV300m13, installed on openSuSE 10.3 x86_64, but installed 32 bit Sun version of OOo 2.4.1., and 2.4 Novell Ed. 2.4, too) found the following, if I change size with dragging mouse, the cart area not size up with all Object size. I created a chart in ods file to test it is a bug in report designer or in chart part of OOo, and found in both spreadsheet inserted and database report inserted charts. I attached ods with chart. After saving it, opened in in 2.4 or 2.4RC2 when I clicked into object area, the diagram size up, But legend and title became unreadably small. If reopen it in OooDev when I click into chart area diagram became smaller. See attached screen shot.

Changed OS to Linux, I tried on WinXP, 2.4, 3.0 Beta, Dev300m14, no such problem happend. It only linux version issue.
Maybe its works also if you use "Scale Test" in the Toolbar
"Scale Text" does not help in legend and Title. Submit it in a separate issue?
I figured out changing legend and title size changes, in object properties>characters. (it was 2 point high)
@r4zoli, the size of all objects only changes when you resize the whole chart window (including title and legend) while 'Scale text' tooolbar button is on.
"Scale Text" is not working in cws rptchart2 (DEV300m13), but working in 2.4. And when use chart2 in database report no such toolbar in report (It is, may be separate issue). "Scale Text" button not two state button (on-off), I can not switch it to on.
I find chart toolbar in report.
issue 90551 deals with "Scale Text" button not two state button (on-off) Pls check again.
@r4zoli: Have you checked the Scale text Button in a current version?
I tried to install m19 on linux it failed to install, on win no such problem as in earlier version. I will try again with m21.
Installed m20, on openSuSE 11.0, the problems remained the same, OOo with lot of extensions, and without them, after deleting user profile, chart problem remains the same. If I try to resize with mouse, after one second, suddenly the chart became smaller, independently from "Scale Text" button pressed or not.
