Spinning off this issue from issue 81092. With CWS canvas05, OutputDevice got a
new GetCanvas() method, that retrieves a non-doublebuffering, direct-rendering
canvas instance for that surface (works for Window & VirtualDevice the natural
way). The Window::GetCanvas() method was renamed to Window::GetSpriteCanvas(),
to be semantically consistent.

Self-verifying this in CWS canvas05 - the test code in
canvas/workben/canvasdemo.cxx uses it, works on all platforms - but is otherwise
unused across the office yet.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
