WW8: import of table with one row over more pages, that also contains headings,
is wrong

Just a table with one row over more pages gives no problem.
When there are one/more headings in the text, the only one page with the row is
visible.

Same problem as issue 78808.

As a workaround, you should remove the "keep with next" option in the paragraph
format of "kopje 1".
