Zoom to a high value (eg, 200%) should keep cursor on screen, because that's
usually where I want to examine some detail.
If zoom focusses 'anywhere' (as it seems to do; or, is it at the last cursor
position?), it takes some scrolling just to figure out what portion of the page
is being shown, and to find the detail I wanted to examine.
