The new "language status" toolbar icon is a very good idea. But when clicked,
nothing happens...

@SBA:
Add in a toolbar: "Tools - Customize - Toolbars - Add": Category "Format",
Command "Language status"

-> No info about current language
-> Click does not work

This is a duplicated of bug 82934
The toolbar button does nothing because there is no dedicated toolbar controller to handle it.
