This is really a hunspell request.  A numeric code value is requested to support
Amharic spell checking (and any other localized use). Specifically a numeric
value shoud be added to the language enumeration list in:

lingucomponent/source/spellcheck/hunspell/langnum.hxx

Windows applied the value 94 and MacOS 85 for Amharic, which may be serviceable
here.
