There does not seem to be a way to format the text in a polygon object to always
be centered and fit in the object. The "Fit height to text" is grayed out or
"adjust to contour" option doesn't allow you to specify centered text anchor.

Additionally having the object change size to match the text content would also
be useful (similar to how text boxes can be configured).

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
