Installation Problem

These files can't be installed in a new environment without older packages. If this is also in BEB300_m1 or m2 Ithink it is a stopper for BETA2 Therefore I set it in 87736 till I can test it
I found that I needed to completely remove M21 (including /opt/ directories and /home/<user>/.ooo-dev3) in order to install M22. After removing all of M21, the M22 installation completed without any problems on Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy) and Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy). I'll attach a copy of my install session for Gutsy.

Apologies for not noticing the German package notations. That said, I can confirm as I encountered the same draw, help, and math errors as you on Ubuntu 7.10 and 8.04.
I need a hint where to download these files. Or are you using the language packs?
Yes I use the packages from http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/developer/DEV300_m22/OOo-Dev_DEV300_m22_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz and http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/developer/DEV300_m22/OOo-Dev_DEV300_m22_LinuxIntel_langpack_de_deb.tar.gz
I've tried to reproduce with inhouse builds DEV300_m22_native_packed-3_en-US.9321 and DEV300_m22_native_packed-3_de.9321. These builds are ok. I would assume that the uploaded files are defect.

OF: I've downloaded these files from the URLs Mechtilde has given. Unpacking shows that the Office is 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-3' and the the language pack is 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-1'. These language pack files are the wrong files and must be replaced with 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-3'. These files are newer and don't have this issue.
The importend question for me is. "Is this problem also in BEB300_m2" which build is already prepared?
@mechtilde: I'm very sorry for the problem. The wrong lang pack files where uploaded to the mirror sites. I'm going to exchange the files now.
