I have set my Windows locale to german/Germany, but customized it by using a
decimal point (instead of the default comma) as separator.

Calc now wrongly uses a decimal comma instead of the expected decimal point.

This is not a duplicate of issue 1820. I never use the numeric keypad.

This is e.g. about the display of a cell with the formula "=1/10",
which should be "0.1" instead of "0,1".
