Description macias 2008-07-25 18:42:13 UTC
Let's say you have
hello world

text typed in, font size = 12. The caret size is pretty much at the size of
the text.

But when you insert object (formula for example), a big one, the caret size
gets also big. With 5-liners formulas there is a problem -- when you read your
own document you get this huge blinking caret in the middle of the screen each
time you stop by formula.
Yet -- when you type in just a character next to the object the care size is
back to normal.

So the wish is -- please keep the caret size _always_ according to current
font size (where the caret is placed) not the size of the adjacent object.
After all you don't type objects, but letters.

Yes this is really annoying. The cursor should show in the size of the current
text, not of the object it succeeds.
