Changed behavior of deleting an empty paragraph is broken and leads to loosing
tables. Developer has bugdoc.

Function of Ctrl-Backspace is to delete the previous word.

defect cause:
Change of by-word cursor traveling with fix for issue 72162 - among other things
with change causes that empty paragraphs are skipped on traveling by-word.

solution:
Use former by-word cursor traveling for deletion of previous respectively next word.
