Try
Tools-Customize-Keyboard

Ctrl+Y  is  Can't Redo
Ctrl+Z  is  Can't Undo

but as everybody knows (as long as there is something to undo or redo) it works
as redo/undo.
but Redo and Undo are as commands not availabele

In German same problem! (maybe in every language):
Extras-Anpassen-Tastatur
Strg+Y und Strg+Z sind als Wiederherstellen unmöglich bzw. Rückgängig unmöglich
definiert.
Es sollte heißen "Wiederherstellen" und "Rückgängig machen", denn als solche
arbeiten die Befehle ja, sind aber gar nicht verfügbar.
