When I open a file from a system temporary directory (e.g. by clicking on the
attached file in my Thunderbird) the file is correctly opened as read-only.

But if I want to save a copy of this file the default folder to save to is the
temp directory.

For unexperienced users this could be a problem because they might not notice
that they are in a volatile directory and not in their home directory.

So I suggest to change (only in this case with the temp directory) to a more
suitable directory, e.g. the home directory.
