In Sheets.odt,  highlight Link; insert hyperlink to 
Document: Sheets.ods
Target: Sheet 2007
Then, try it: ^click on Link... and land in Sheets.ods, sheet 2002, cell A2007!
May be related to issue 31050

Confirmed it in OOo300m9 on WinXP.
I think it is different from issue 31050. Issue 31050 is about numeric 
hyperlinks, but this issue is the question about hyperlink to numeric sheet.
So, the two issue is different.
