When you insert a note in a calc cell, the arrow that connect the note to the 
cell is outside the cell. Changing the zoom the position of the arrow moves but 
it still not be in the right place. In the Url field you can find an image of a 
calc file with the problem of notes viewing.

Please see if OO 3.1 still exhibits this problem.

seems to be related to 89306. Perhaps a duplicate.
