- open a new text document
- insert a arbitrary form control (form the "Form Controls" toolbar)
- double-click the control to open the property browser for it
- focus any field in the property browser
- press F1 to open the help
=> ERROR :  "No browse width available"

There are about 20 or so occurences of this assertion before the help actually
opens.
