Description kuroczyd2 2008-09-10 20:36:32 UTC
The command line switch that is used to print documents does not work with excel
XLS files : soffice.exe -pt "Printer" "c:\test.xls" does nothing; it works for
xlsx, doc ... any other MS Office files but not for XLS.

I am also seeing the same problem. I can use the -pt option to print Word
documents, but the Excel documents do not print. Nothing at all seems to happen
if the document is an .xls file -- it doesn't even look like soffice is starting
at all.

I created issue:

http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=103423

which is similar but not the same. Looks like this area was changed in recent
releases, functionality has changed on Linux.
