1) Insert...table of contents
2) Insert...frame
3) Type text into the frame
4) Make the text paragrafstyle to "Heading1"
5) Update "index/table" - just to see that it works.
6) Edit index/table
7) Select "Entries"
8) Add a hyperlink "around" then "E".
9) Press OK

Now a "save document" dialog pops up (very unexpected), but whatever you click
(OK/cancel...) OO will crash.

This sounds very similar to this Issue:

7815 DEFECT P3 Oth sba@openoffice.org UNCO  Crash while updating TOC 
with hyperlinks (document specific)

Have generated 7815, it sounds like a very similar method was used to 
cause it and the results were the same.

Hi,
7815 sounds pretty similar to me, too. But I was unable to load the
file from the page mentioned in the desciption.
