Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 94811
Automatic submission of crashreport looses emailadress on win32
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:47:49 UTC
When using the automatic crashreport submission feature, the email is lost on win32-vista systems and does not get its way into the crashreport database, when proxy values are used: office needs to get the commandline switch: -autocrashreport set environment variables like: ERRORREPORT_HTTPPROXYSERVER=some_value ERRORREPORT_HTTPPROXYPORT=8080 ERRORREPORT_HTTPCONNECTIONTYPE=MANUALPROXY ERRORREPORT_RETURNADDRESS=hro@sun.com ERRORREPORT_SUBJECT=Error_Report_from_TestTool ERRORREPORT_BODYFILE=user\work\crashrep.txt 1) With manual proxy set, the email is not submitted Subject and the attached file show up in the database. 2) With the values changed: ERRORREPORT_HTTPPROXYSERVER= ERRORREPORT_HTTPPROXYPORT=8080 ERRORREPORT_HTTPCONNECTIONTYPE=DIRECT The email is also not submitted. (With the testtool UI the port can not be set to empty. So it should work with such values, since it also works on unix like systems.) (It would work, if i use ERRORREPORT_HTTPPROXYPORT= ) On unix systems there are no such problems In the meanwhile I try to workaround some of this, but can not all with Issue 94779
