the standard formats in the format templates panel ("Formatvorlagen") can be
renamed using non-ascii characters like Ä or Ö or special characters like [ or
]. after that the renaming cannot be undone except replacing them with other
special characters.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
