For language/countries where there are no dictionaries available such as English
(Indian) it would be useful if there could be some sort of fallback available
such as to English (UK) without having to actually change the documents language
settings.

Note I marked this as a defect since this shows up as a bug to the end user
because if they select their proper language/country setting there is no
dictionary available and it claims all words are spelled correctly due to the
other bug relating to that.
