In CWS calcchartrtl01 create a bar chart. Double click on the axis. Select the
tabpage 'Scale'. The extended tip help for the check box 'Reverse direction' is
wrong.

In DEV300m29 I see this extended help: 
"Defines where the lower and where the higher values are displayed at the axis.
The unchecked state is the mathematical direction."
Is this correct?

Inserted new help id to file schart/01/05040201.xhp in cws calcchartrtl01
copied current hid.lst to helpcontent2/helpers
