If a presentation has been saved with outline view active, it will be considered
changed right after open.

To test this:
- create a new presentation, switch to outline view and enter some text
- save and close
- reopen and close if loading has finished

-> impress will ask, if changes should be saved

This does not happen, if saved in normal view.
