Create a basic spreadsheet.
Print Preview.
Click Margins button on the tool bar.

The black margin adjustment lines (click and drag) display at the top of the
page for the adjustment of the horizontal cell margins. Correct behavior.

Expected behavior: These margin adjustment lines should also display down the
left hand side of the preview, so that you can adjust the vertical cell margins.

As illustrated in my attached screen shot, these margin adjustment lines are not
displayed.

Confirming as feature request.

I think this works as it should. If the vertical cell margins would be displayed
you would not be able to access them accurate, because they can be very close to
each other.

Removing blocker. Be patient in blocking the release issues, the issue has to be
worked on before.
