Calc and Excel use different calculation of the period that is used for ACCRINT.
Seems as periods that start / end within a leap year are calculated differently.

If a period starts in a leap year (but after 02-29) Calc will use a year with
366 days, while excel seems to use 365 days. See attached example.

This should be checked against the ODF formula spec.
