To allow users to register the control for MSOffice types, so_activex.dll
supports the API used by "regsvr32.exe" system utility. So the call
"regsvr32.exe <path to the lib>\so_activex.dll" will let the library register
itself for all OOo and MSOffice types.

The fix for this issue has already been provided by Mikhail Voitenko and just
needs to be integrated.
