Russian encoding in MS Word document is broken. 

It is the long-playing error capable very strongly to spoil mood. 

The given document, presumably format MS Word 6.0 is not correctly displayed in
OOWriter. Though it is excellent in MS Word Viewer and Abiword. 

I use ОО headless as engine for the automated processing of documents. Therefore
bugs pardonable for desktops cause the big problems in my system.
