Load bugdoc, enable macros, click button. The underlying macro tries to append a
formatted character to the text of the note. This does not work when using the
notes API.

Reason: ScAnnotationShapeObj implementation is incomplete.

While you are at correcting Calc Notes API... 
Have a look at Issue 63053, regressions since 2.0.2, not yet corrected. Several 
votes on it.

fixed in CWS DEV300/dr78
added import of text formatting in cell notes from OOXML (xlsx) and BIFF12
(xlsb) files
