I noticed that when opening a presentation using the '-show' option, impress
first opens it in edit mode and then, after a second, change it automatically to
presentation mode. This is not very nice.

The '-show' option should directly opens in presentation mode without passing in
edit mode.

I tested official 3.0.0 on Windows and 2.4.1 found in Ubuntu 8.10, with the same
behaviour.
