Basic IDE crashes pasting text with control characters

- Be sure to start with a new user configuration
- Start Office
- Open Basic IDE
- Open attached text into text editor
- Copy this text (put into the clipboard)
- Paste this text into the Basic IDE
=> Crash

I cannot reproduce the crash in dev300 / m36 / wntmsci12. The module
cannot be saved after pasting, but it doesn't crash. Also after re-
starting the Office there's no problem besides the empty module.

ab->mt: In any case the problem seems to be related to the back-
space character at the first position in the file.  Do you think
the text engine could have a problem with that?

I will have another look, STARTED for now

TL owns the TextEngine nowadays...
