Can reproduce it in Writer with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Ubuntu

How to reproduce it 
1 Create a new Writer document
2 Insert - Fields - Other (or CTRL + F2), 'Fields' dialog appears. Switch to
  'Function' Tab,
  Type:   PlaceHolder
  Format: Frame
  then hit 'Insert' button two times
3 Close the 'Fields' dialog
4 Set mouse over the second Frame, 'Frame' dialog appears, set 'Anchor' to 
  'To page','To character' or 'As character', then 'OK'
5 Pay attention to the second Frame, it is selected, and it must be selected.
  Then click the first Frame, 'Frame' dialog appears, 
  There are three ways which can make the same result
  >switch to another Tab
  >click the empty area of the Writer
  >hit another application, e.g. IE

Result
The above mentioned ways can make OOo crashed

Expectation
OOo works well

MRU->OS: insert two Frame-placeholder, click second placeholder, change anchor
type, click OK, click first placeholder, change tabpage in Frame dialog -> crash
