MS Word 95 export filter does not recognize Korean characters correctly so it
turns them into question marks(????).

I expect the patch makes MS Word 95 filter recognize Korean characters so that
it prevents data loss at least.

Applied patch and saved attached document to Word 5. Reload with Word 2007 shows
weird characters.

@hbrinkm: Would you check the attached Word 95 doc? I saved it from my patched
OOo 3.0.1. When I opened it with MS Word 2007, I could see 3 characters were
messed, but it looks good overall.
