Can reproduce it in Drawing and Impress with DEV300m37 on WinXP, Ubuntu and
Fedora.

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Impress (or Drawing) file
2 Click the down-arrow on the right of Drawing bar, select 'Visible Buttons'
  and check 'Insert'
3 Click the down-arrow on the right of Drawing bar, select 'Visible Buttons'
and check all of buttons before the 'Insert' button, you should repeat do
  it for several times
4 Click double-headed arrow on the right of Drawing bar, find that 'Insert'
  button stays there, hit it

Reproducible. To get the double headed arrow in the last step the office window
must be quite small.
Reassigned.
