Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Ubuntu

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Impress document
2 Switch to Handout page, CTRL + F, enter a character e.g. 'a', click Find
Replace or Replace All, then click Yes or No, let Find & Replace dialog stay
  there
3 Switch to Outline page
4 Switch to Normal page or Note page, click Find Replace or Replace All

Result
OOo crashes

Expectation
Find & Replace can work well

Reproducible. Reassigned. Maybe duplicate to i97634.

meiying -> wg,
Personally speaking, I just know i97634 and i97477 are very similar, but I have
no idea these two issue are the same one or not. If possible, can debug code
and keep eyes on it, may be find the root of issues.

Can not reproduce in OOO330_m15.
When performing the search in Handout view, it switches back to Normal view.
Maybe this prevents the crash from occurring. Reading AFs comments in issue
97634 gives the impression that this one was "fixed along the way".
Set to "Worksforme".
