Description Unknown 2002-12-02 00:51:08 UTC
Following are the steps for replication of this bug :

1. Open a new OpenOffice text document.

2. Select some text from MSword or Notepad document and ‘copy’ it or
press ‘ctrl+c’

3. In OpenOffice go to menu Edit — Paste Special and click it.
[You will see a dialogue bog appeared on your screen. In that dialogue box
select ‘Microsoft word document’ and press ‘ok’.

Result:
Text gets pasted on OpenOffice document, but the characters on extreme left or
beginning of each line get overlapped with the frame. Some of the characters
get clipped off and in some cases become unreadable.

Thank you.

Reproducible
Comment 2 frank.meies 2003-02-11 12:35:16 UTC
FME: Seems to be a general (not writer specific) problem with WordPad
OLE objects.
