Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Writer document
2 Insert - Frame - Options Tab - Text direction: Right-to-left(vertical) - OK,
  to insert a frame
3 Set cursor on the Frame
4 Table - Insert - Table - Size: Columns 70, Rows 60 - OK

Result 
Writer hangs

Expectation
If the reason is that the size of table goes beyond the size of Frame, there 
should be a hint, but Writer should work well
