Navigation through comments in the Navigator is rather inconvenient because
comments are not wrapped to the window, so you have to use horizontal scroll bar
when a comment is more than four-five words long.

Comments in the Navigator could be formatted this way:

This is a comment, and I don't
      have any problems reading
      it because it's wrapped
      to the window.
This is another comment made by
      me. Isn't it nice?

I think this is almost a duplicate of #23181, which is a general call for _all_ 
text in the navigator window (and not just comments) to wrap. I'm not going to 
mark it as such, because I don't know enough about the internals to know whether 
one change to the code would change the behaviour of all the text int he 
Navigator window. But I thought I would point it out.

Checked with development: this *is* a general behavior of the navigator so we
can mark this one as a duplicate
