While text is being entered into the field of a Layout, it is not shown in the 
Slide Show.  Only after the cursor leaves the field does the text appear.

This behavior is different from that of custom text fields, which are displayed 
correctly in Slide Show even while being edited.

A test plan follows.

Reproducible. Reassigned. Workaround: leave the edit mode before starting
presentation.

Reproducible in 3.2.1 (OOO320m19).
