This has fixed some time before but occurs now again therefore broken=yes
The AddField Dialog should not open when Wizard is used.
Maybe we should add an apicall to allow/disallow such autoopen features.

Please find a target.

Sure regression -> next version. 3.2 in this case, we're too short before code
freeze for 3.1.
