Similarly to sal, salhelper, cppu, and cppuhelper, on Unix-like systems the SDK
should provide a means to link against the purpenvhelper dynamic library that is
part of the URE ABI (see trunk/ure/source/README@261996 l. 49--50,
trunk/odk/setsdkenv_unix.sh.in@258325 l. 281 ff,
trunk/odk/setsdkenv_unix.csh.in@258325 l. 240 ff, and issue 97041).
