Attempting to import the xml file attached below (produced by Microsoft Excel,
version unknown) file causes OpenOffice to freeze. This happens with both v3.0.1
and v2.4 on x86 Linux (Ubuntu Hardy).

I can't reproduce this freeze, but I can verify that the performance is not
good. It takes about 70 sec to open the file
