I couldn't isolate exactly the situation but it seems that when you try to print
a Writer document with notes shown/visible printing has no success and OOo crashes.

In some other circumstances the doc is printed, but "cutted" on the right side,
like the page formatting goes wrong because OOo couldn't handle correctly the
space for the note(s).
This occurs with OOo 3.0.0 and 3.0.1, with different PCs and 2 printers (a
Nashuatec MPC2500 and a HP LaserJet P2015 - both are network printers)

If you close (hide) the notes and then print, then printing works.
