AW: Currently, SdrTextPrimitive2D decomposition still uses the DrawOutliner (and
uses a pointer to SdrText for this purpose). It will make things safer and
better to use a static local Outliner for this purpose.

needs to be cleaned up, too.

AW: Another thing to change (see #i107346#) is that the slellcheck on/off
information is currently transportet/hld at the global DrawOutliner using the
flag EE_CNTRL_ONLINESPELLING. This (and also the CalcFieldValueHdl) needs to
move to the view.
