Please open attached doc, modify it in any way, save in .doc and reload - 
first and second columns seem to be merged.

MRU->HBRINKM: the export will merge the first two columns of the table in the
attached document. This worked fine in OOo 3.0.

analysis: the x coordinates of the columns are exported in the wrong order.
