An Extension which integrates new Menu items into the file menu of the office
application, faces the issue that those entry's will not be visible right after
the installation of the corresponding Extension, but after a restart of the
whole office or at least after opening a new window within the application.

The office application should be enhanced to support new menu entries by
Extensions without requiring to launch a new window or restart the whole
application.
