After I stumbled by accident over issue 75315, I tried the z-order disabled
setting with my bugdoc from issue issue 90850: The problem disappeared!

I could have saved myself a lot of trouble, if this configure option had been
available through the Tools, Options UI.

It is nice to have this option (as long as there are problems with activated
animation z order). But you have hardly any chance (as a regular user) to know
about it.

So, please add this option to the UI.
