Table cells or columns merged together when saving in .doc format

OO version should be OOO310m2 It is find that the table issue, when save the file in .doc format then reopen it, the cells / columns will lose, then first column and second column will merged together, see attachment , I am not sure it is related to the issue 99625 or not. which I reported the table will resize abnormally at reopen. Steps to reproduce the case: 1. create a table with 3 column and offset the table from both left margin and right margin 2. save the file into .doc format 3. reopen the file, the 1st and 2nd col will merged and 3rd col will lose

Created attachment 60484 [details] table col 1 & 2 merged and col 3 lost
Created attachment 60490 [details] save again and re-open all colums merged together
Created attachment 60491 [details] I try another case, and size the col space equally then save in .doc and close it
Created attachment 60492 [details] in this case the column width was modified by OO, which reported in issue 99625
This problem is not only related to issue 99625 - also issue 99451 is involved here. Will all be fixed in OOo 3.1. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 99451 ***
