Description joergwartenberg 2009-02-28 12:11:22 UTC
Hi,

according the OpenOffice User Survey [
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/w/images/1/11/Renaissance-status-2009-01-30_wiki.odp
Page 30 ], PDF Import is the most wished OOo feature after MS Office 2007
compatibility.
Because of this importance for the OOo users, the extension should be bundled to
the normal OOo installation sets.

Best Regards,
Jörg Wartenberg

It looks like we can close one of these issues as duplicate: Issue 99737 or
issue 98564.

closing duplicate

though issue 98564 has a slightly different summary, its essential question is
the same: will we integrate the PDF import or parts of it into the OOo
installation set. The answer to that question is "no".
